    2: it is possible to be connected to Internet.
    3: An international sim card is supported to use
    4: unlocked
    5: The memory is about 500 contacts.
    6: C4 memory is 8gb. Mirco SD card is support to use in the external memory.
    7: It is GPS. USA and Canada maps should be downloaded by buyers.
    8: It can be used in French.
    9: C4 is made of windows system.So you can find windows and android apps in internet,google.
    10: We have North Ameratical adaptor.
    11: Normally it takes about 15 days by registered airmail to Canada.
