I bought this phone about 8 months ago. Worked well and I was really enjoying it when the screen started to black out. The touch functionality was still working but the screen eventually went completely black. Do you suggest I change the lcd or else what can I do in this case?

After some time with the two chips installed, the phone shows no service for both chips. After reboot it's fine for some time. Than, the problem occurs again. Works fine when there is just one chip installed. Any idea???

found the problem with this phone is that it goes flat very quickly even after charging it for over 12 hours. After it is turned off over night I find it will be only half full, I have turned off roaming and do not use many apps, whilst happy with the phone it is disappointing for I wanted to use it whilst traveling

All features works greate for me on this phone. This is a very good quality phone nice outside case and build quality is excellent and all features works.
only issue i got now is
1. Viber is not working on wifi, i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still no luch. I have htc phone which works fine on wifi. The problem is when i select contacts "not able to connect to internet".
2. Other applications are able to connect to internet, any suggestions and assistance is very much appreciated, Thank you.

hi, had a5000 for about six months now and its been nothing but perfect in every way other than the fact of charging, it seemed to struggle charging when on (would charge for 8 hours and was lucky if it was 30% done) but when turned off it would fully charge in about 2 hours which was fine. yesterday i put it on charge for an hour and when i turned on it had 10% which istantly turned to 0% and switched off, now it does this all the time. does this accur often?

I'm trying to connect my phone to my PC.
I've downloaded 91 PC Suite, but the application says that my phone is not connected.
When I plug my USB cable to my PC it is charging the phone and I am also able to connect to internet on my phone via the PC through USB.

Hi,the gps has 2 methods.
One is google gps with internet connected,and it does not support voice navigation. Surely you can install some other gps software to get voice guide.
Second is built-in gps.You need to install a gps software to use it without internet connected and some can support voice gps.
It has a light sensors.

I bought an A5000 phone in April because of the GPS didn’t work I sent back to the Hungarian supplier. After 2 months they were waiting for the flash cable. Anyway I asked them to send back the phone to me. I got it and now I have “Invalid IMEI” problem also. Great… I would like to fix it. How can I do it? Just got my A5000.
Here are some bad sides:
1. The leather case too small.
2. The AC charger doesn't work at all. Have to charge my phone through laptop USB port.
3. Have to turn off/exit program by going to application setting to stop them?
4. Cannot set group ringtone or private ringtone to different contact?

Other then that are good.

Possebly all A5000 owners, who will perform a factory reset, will lose their IMEI numbers and criple their telphones! This happened to me. Is the factory aware of this problem? Somebody asked if phone could Sync with Outlook... The true answer is YES. If you google a program called "Companion Link" or other free software it does work.
I use companaion Link just beacuse it also sync's 'tasks' which I like. There are many other including free ones that will sync mail and contacts.

I have an A3000 and just bought an A5000. I also have an android tablet that I hardly use anymore because the phone does everything and faster.

I have been missled on GPS subject before and require a detailed respose about GPS.
- Does it have working compass and gravity sensors?

Also for other buyers I have an A3000 which is a nice phone and can confirm it works in Canada on GSM network with Rogers.... This phone appears to be same basic type and will also probably work.

1) I'm from Spain. Delivery address is 17772 Ordis (Girona - Spain). I would like you send it through EMS, so I have to choose standard shipping? Please, confirm. Which documents are you providing when you send the phone? Proforma invoice only for stadistical purposes? Which value? Which HC Code?
2) Does the phone have Spanish language? And Catalan language? Does the phone come with English or Spanish instructions manual? I have read somewhere that people that bought this phone, it arrived without the manual. It is very important for me that it arrives with the manual. Please, confirm.

3) Memory. Which memory are you suggesting it is the best one? Also I have read in one web that somebody that bought this phone had a problem with the microsd. It is also very important for me that it arrives in good condition and can be used. Can you engage with this?

Please, understand that for me it is an important investment, I'm not rich so it is an important amount that I pay. Also there is the risk that I have to pay more for customs duties. Then if I have to return the phone to you it is a big problem and extra cost (shipping, more customs duties if I have to receive a second one...). So I trust with you and hope that phone and all accesoires come and arrive with guaranteed and proved good condition. If after receiving it, there is any problem, which guarantees are you giving?

After receiving your answer, I hopefully will buy today this phone.

Another question: I also was looking the Phone 4 GS (DUAL SIM WITH WIFI CAPACITIVE MULTI-TOUCH), which is much less expensive. Which are the most important differences between both phones? Why the difference of price is so important?
